I used to struggle with constant foot pain, back pain, and low energy...
Until I discovered an award-winning invention which transformed my quality of life.
It turns out that with the right foot support, my pain disappeared and my energy levels skyrocketed.
Researchers estimate that one in 10 Americans suffer from plantar fasciitis…
A strain, tear, or inflammation of the tissue connecting the heel and toes…
Which causes sharp pain or an ongoing ache along the bottom of the foot or heel.
It's a condition that goes from slight annoyance to crippling pain.
The foot is a masterpiece…
Made up of 19 muscles, 26 bones, 37 joints, and 107 ligaments… all working together to carry us through life.
The plantar fascia ligament plays a vital role in supporting proper foot function.
It can become torn or inflamed for a variety of reasons…
Including wearing worn out shoes, running or high impact sports, or simply being on our feet too long.
With this foot pain, it’s important to take action…. Otherwise it can lead to long-term issues like heel spurs.
The bad news is, it can take time to heal the tears and inflammation in the foot. The good news is, we can improve the odds for a speedy recovery.
Apply ice to the heel up to four times a day. This will help to reduce inflammation.
Cut back on high impact sports, and avoid prolonged standing if possible.
Stretching and massage are great for reducing pain and aiding recovery.
Massage the heel and arch of the foot. Or try placing a golf ball or tennis ball under the foot and roll it around for a gentle massage.
Another great option is to freeze a bottle of water, and roll it around under the foot… A two-in-one treatment!
Or try this excellent calf stretch…
Stand with the sore foot behind, heel on the ground, and the other foot in front, knee bent.
Gently lean forward to stretch the calf muscle, Achilles tendon, and foot muscles.
Lean on a wall for support if needed.
Hold the stretch for 20 seconds.
And remember, CONSISTENCY is key!...
Caring for the feet throughout the day is key to relieving pain and preventing future problems..
Avoid high heels or flats, and get rid of any worn or uneven shoes.
For any impact sports, wear quality sport shoes with decent cushioning.
